In the beginning God created man in his own likeness. In the garden of Eden, God commanded that man should not be alone, so he created a woman. God created Adam and Eve the first two humans on earth after its creation. God gave man and woman simple commandments. First, tend to my garden, and second do not eat the fruit from the tree of knowledge. God also saw the importance of the serpent Lucifer, who created the opportunity for Adam and Eve to experience free will. Biblically, Adam and Eve were the first two to experience assisted suicide. For in that day that they chose to eat the fruit from the tree of knowledge. That choice gained them greater understanding of the Lord’s purpose for mankind on earth. Because of their choice, they were stripped away from God’s presence. That in itself, is a fate worse than death.
I wholeheartedly agree that God gave mankind free will. I wholeheartedly agree that if someone is in such excruciating pain, whether be physical, mental or emotional, I still believe that God gave mankind free will to endure, or end their own mortal existence. I personally believe that in the scriptures, God doesn’t so much concern himself with our physical beings. God is beyond mortality. His understanding is beyond this physical flesh and bone. The Lord has called upon his servants to save souls. God constantly ask for mankind to turn their hearts towards him. To leave behind the carnal man. For we will be judged, not only by our actions, but by the desires of our hearts. Though our bodies and our existence in this mortality is in fact, a gift by God. It is a gift that even when tarnished beaten bloodied or burned, God has the ability to make it whole once more after death. God said to sin is to have a tainted soul, a.k.a. a stained soul. God is the only one who can judge what is, and what is not sinful. I choose to believe in God.
